I prefer the massive lifts of your TBH but that was pretty impressive

joe defranco is a big beleiver in explosive jumping to help with lifts.

ha ha,

Not yet but I'm sure something is going to break soon ;) I think the jumps help with my deadlift and squat, I always feel a lot faster when I have done weeks of training with different jumps.

We have a 125kg lifter at our gym that can jump the flight of stairs that's in the vid. His speed on the squat has gone up since adding the jumps. Only thing is I'm getting worried about the strange noises the stairs make when he lands.
