More Cardio, More Food? - 12 June 2008 09:01
Ilm cutting at the mo and was wondering if 45 mins of cardio 3 times per week is better than 45 mins of cardio 6 times a week but eat more food?

I train each body part once a week on a 3 day split routine - Mon Wed Fri

Cardio is unfuelled most days although some days it'll be at lunchtime

Any help would be good

I would think 45mins of cardio 6 days a week and not have the extra food would be optimal for cutting!
