Any idea's on making turkey a bit more interesting?
Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and fat.

i put olive oil in a bowl with cajun, pepper and garlic then mix then get my turkey steaks and marinate them in the mix, into the pan then eat, puts a bit of spice into the turkey...lovely

as long as you want really i tend to marinade them first, really rub the steaks in to the mix then leave them in the mix while i chop my veg and heat the pan up so all in all about 10 mins mate im guna have them tonight............this has made me hungry!!

I'm lazy and usually pretty busy so Worcester sauce/ maggi seasoning splashed over while you pan fry is quite good and has no prep time. Add some cracked black pepper and bobs yer uncle. Also a dusting of nutmeg or paprika whilest pan frying is pretty tasty.
