ermm... what sections in contains, does it contain the nutrient breakdown of the meals, just general outline really please cheers

its barnes and noble sorry not amazon. Have a look at this page http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?EAN=9780061374227 If you click on the "see inside" button under the image you'll see what i mean. Its a bit fancy and you wouldnt need to go as far as they do, but maybe just a few random sample pages on PDF or just the contents or index page as a pop up may be good. Just an idea!
