Pre-Workout Nutrition

Just need a rough guide as to what some of you think may be good pre-workout nutrition, a shake would be ideal...so far ive been thinking maybe some orange juice, bannana, whey protein, creatine, and maybe oats and more fruit juice??? i train for strength btw... Any ideas appreciated

Personally, 50g whey protein, 60g dextrose 1 hour before a weights workout.

at the minute i'm having 2 oat cakes with a bit of marmalade an apple 125g quark 15g whey 25g oats and 2 spoons options an hour before i train its does the trick but im dieting
