New, so please positive comments!

Dear All, I am new to bodybuilding, i have been playing other sports but not bodybuilding, my concern is that i do not eat well because of the workload and this would impact my Muscles Building ability as there will be no energy, protein, etc... One supplement shop recommended few things to me and i bought the following: - Optimum 100% Whey Protein - Dymatize Super Amino 4800 - MuscleTech Aplodan - MuscleTech NaNOX9 - GNC Mega Man - Hydroxycut.com Hydroxycut - Biotin (1 Tablets daily) - Cod Liver Oil (1 Tablets daily) - Omega-3 Fish Oil (1 Tablets daily) - Garlic capsules (1x3 times with meals) - DHA "not DHEA" (1 tablets daily) to reduce stress and to enhance mental and physical performance. My questions: 1- Can i stack all the above? 2- What is the recommended doses and when to take them (Morning, Midday and evening) or (Morning, before training, and after training) or else? "Attached is the recommendation as per the Shop" 3- Are there any side effects? 4- What should i expect after starting to take the above list combined with good training? 5- What will happen if i did not continue to buy the above products or others and started to eat and sleep well and train well? My plan is to do the following (please comment if you see something wrong) # Optimum 100% Whey Protein (10 Lbs.): --> 1 Scope before or with Breakfast. --> 1 Scope immediately after Workout. # Hydroxycut.com Hydroxycut (150 Caplets): --> 1 Caplet before Breakfast. --> 1 Caplet before Lunch. # Dymatize Super Amino 4800 (300 Caplets): --> 2 Caplets between Breakfast and Lunch. --> 2 Caplets immediately after Workout. # MuscleTech Aplodan (111 Caplets): --> 1 Caplet 20 minutes before Workout. --> 1 Caplet before Sleeping. # MuscleTech NaNOX9 (180 Caplets): --> 1 Caplet in the morning after Eating. --> 1 Caplet 20 minutes before Workout. # GNC Mega Man (180 Caplets): --> 2 Caplets with Lunch. # DHA/EPA is for my mental health as well as my eyes (i work and study a lot) # Biotin, Omega 3 & Garlic are for general health. --> Will take DHA, Biotin, Omega 3 & Garlic after Breakfast. What do you think? Regards & thanks in advance,

You're my ideal customer lol But anyways, just take as the packets dictate. The manufacturers want you to get great results from their products, so they tend to put on the pack a decent dosing protocol. Sometimes it's not optimal (e.g. with some test products the doses recommended are way low), but with the above products you'll do find just taking as the packets suggest If you take them all, you'll probably see slightly better results than if you didn't take them all. You would still see results without taking all that, but your performance will no doubt be better - assuming you're doing a decent routine, getting 1lb protein per lb in, and having a good rest overnight. Tell us how the Apolodan goes, it'd be interesting to read a UK review on that.

is this a joke post??? it must be, thats a lot of supplements to be taking..... for someone who doesn't eat well due to the work load, you have created extra work by remembering to take all that stuff. in my opinion i think you would be best nailing a good diet then maybe supplement with protein, carbs and creatine, surely it would of been better to ask on here what to buy, rather than a store that is profit driven. as thai says, take as directed on the pack, but reckon there are better routes to go down.

Im sorry to say but apart from the whey and the omega 3 the rest, I personally would not bother with the rest. It would have been a good idea to post here first and not let some bloke in a supplement shop make £100's of pounds on your back. As it is you might as well try them all and Thai above has given you good advice. By the way welcome to MT

Only take the Hydroxycut if you're looking to lose fat rather than gain muscle. For the proteins go for two scoops to get a more substantial amount of protein imo Aminos and protein before bed as well with some fatty acids on top. Aminos also in between meals if not eating regularly. Otherwise follow directions And welcome

How much did that cost you? Did you have to re mortgage to buy that lot?! As above really, make your diet up to scratch, and don't bother with the hydroxycut unless you are cutting. Th best supps there IMO are the whey protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, and the garlic tabs

F''king hell, Lol, Blagged up Mate you don't need all thoose supps. Imo, stick with a, Decent Whey Protein Malto/dextrose (fast acting carb) and maybe some Flaxseed Oil and EFA caps, if your diet lacks good Fats (essential fatty acids= EFA).

If your new to bodybuilding ... you want one thing ... POST workout supplement. Thats all, your only a beginner. And post workout can be simply a protein powder or an all in 1 formula. Once you've trained hard a few weeks, then you might want to add in the bedtime, pre workout formulas etc... Nothing wrong with fish oils and garlic though. Take with meals or empty stomach, doesnt matter too much. Get rid of biotin and DHA ... no need for it, use the money to buy more protein or fish oils if concentration is the number 1.

From: FrankenJim, What are yout Status / Goals ? Best to post up your deit in the coorect forum, Eat Lots of Real Food Train hard Lots of sleep and your grow. Well, Now i am about 182 cm tall and my weight is 72 Kilograms. My Ultimate goal is to lose 5 Kilograms of fat (if that much "may be only 2 or 3 kilos") then i want to build stronger muscles to reach 75 Kilograms. My legs are very tiny; i know i need to workout more legs excersises and that's enough to let me gain like 3 Kilos alone or more (i don't know) You can say that my average working hours in no less than 15 Hours and more than this, most of the days with no breakfast and sometimes the 1st meal i eat is after the whole working day and just before going to bed, mostly (Rice or Pasta and any of the followings Sea Food, Chickens or Meat) I wasn't drinking too much water but now i drink the normal amount. Also, i am not a fan of tea or coffee, sometimes i drink tea when i feel sleepy at work but this doesn't exceed 3 cups per week, i didn't taste coffee ever, i do not smoke at all and haven't smoke before... When i eat during working hours, this will be nothing more than a junk food! During weekends, this is the only days where i have 3 meals (Rice or Pasta and any of the followings Sea Food, Chickens or Beef Meat), and between meals i eat lots of fruits and lots of vegetables mixed in salads. About my bodybuilding training, i haven't start yet, i plan to go to the GYM for the 1st time today Thanks for the Advices... Marko
