Does anyone do this?
Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and fat.

On the same body parts? I'm training once in the morning and as I'm not yet sore thought I'd do the same routine in the evening as well. Is this going to do damage to my muscles? I'm not bulking only toning so not pushing really heavy weights.

I'm not bulking only toning so not pushing really heavy weights. Sorness (DOMS) means nothing mate. Just because you don't feel sore after a workout dosen't mean it was a crap one. IMO, there's no point in doing the same routine twice in one day. I woulden't even bother training with weights twice a day, if you are training your arse off in the first, whats the point? If i really wanted to tho, i would train say, shoulders and then later on in the day a smaller muscle group like Tricep's for example.

Thanks for the advice. I just want to get where I'm going faster than I am but obviously don't want to damage myself on the way.

I tried it a few years ago... In the morning i'd work my chest then back in the evenings. Never been so tired in my life, it really takes it out of you. ORIGINAL: cleverclogs Does anyone do this?

Can work better than doing 6 days a week. Found for a period of time doing a split: Chest am, bi's pm Back am, tri's pm Legs am, shoulders pm worked well for a bit with some good gains. Left more days in the week to recover i guess. in general a 4 day split best imo

I once worked my arms in the morning and later in the day again years ago when I was about 15. My arms were useless for about a week. I was in agony. It took me about a minute to straighten my arms and the same to bend them again! I just had to stay in the house and not do anything.
