Not seen anyone mention this on the forum, H&B have some great monthly deals going on with their bodybuilding supps range. I got 1kg whey for £11, 190 CEE caps for £15, Protopure MRP 1.4kg for £15 !! All really good stuff too, been using them for well over a month now. They seem to change their offers every month but i always get loads of gear there on payday.

start using All-In-1 or MP and get yourself some quality products and a similar cost. H&B stuff for of a very poor quality.

well the whey mixes great and the strawberry flavour is well nice with milk it's around 17g protein per scoop. Banana is a bit weird tho. I think the quality is really good and i've made some great gains using their whey and MRP's. The protopure is normally £30 but it's half price at the min.

I got 500gm creatine for £9.99 (I know I can get cheaper, but add postage and it blows it... just had stuff recently and forgot to add creatine >.<) All In One you can get 2 x 2.27kg for 25 quid + postage for unflavoured whey, just add Nequik ;D

Before i got into training semi-seriously ;) i always used to get my whey from holland and barratt, body fortress stuff.. to be honest it didnt taste all that nice but i put up with it as i wasnt aware of the bulk suppliers on the net.. thanks to MT and then i bought my whey from All-In1. never changed, quality product quality price. I do however still get my Vits and Fish Oil from H&B only when there on offer.

I do buy flax there though when it's on offer. All-in-1 are cheaper, more convenient(for me anyway) and it's better stuff.

I bought their 90% protein stuff to tide me over as it was £3 - man that was the most awful stuff I have ever had. MP mixes in about 100ml of liquid and is great, H&B stuff needs about a pint and tastes like sand

ORIGINAL: supernatural80 yeah body fortress. probs the same stuff as a lot of 'big brands' i reckon not quite mate.... the breakdown of the supps will vary i.e the protein spectrum, is it a blend? what fillers if any are used? etc Thus, the quality in terms of what protein present, taste, mixability will be different.

Its not bad stuff the protoplex. When its on offer it is good as a go between when I have ran out of mp stuff and awaiting my next delivery. Its better to have something than nothing.

All of their stuff is copy's of Met-RX products. Just go into GNC and have a look. All Body Fortress products are 100% identical. But they're now starting to copy a few more brands now, Universal Nutrition now, H&B now do the "Elite Training Packs" a.k.a. Animal Pak
