Convenient body building food to buy - what would you like to see sold? - 13 June 2008 08:53
Ive found it hard to find a place that caters for us bodybuilders appropriately when Im out and about and dont have the time and space to carry food with me. Especially, when Im dieting. I know its good to have the odd cheat meal, but Im talking about times when I want to stay strict on top of my diet.

Im wondering what kinda food you guys might like to be able to buy from a shop in terms of speed, convenience and still meet bodybuilding goals - muscle building or fat loss or even pre and post workout?

Specifically, what meals would you wanna see sold?

Supermarkets are the best option, pre cooked chicken + salad/nuts/bread rolls etc.
