ORIGINAL: evomatt ive only lost about 2 Ilbs so i was going to look at fat burners to help speed up the process I would suggest looking at your diet first! Maybe post it up in the Diet & Nutrition section. Also, what sort of cardio plan are you doing? There are some weight loss supplements out there that are quite likely to be of a positive benefit, but only on a small scale. They are a far from being wonder fat burners.

If you start a new thread and post it in the Diet & Nutrition section you should get a much better response to it.
