Help with cutting diet please - 13 June 2008 10:47
Hi, ive been cutting for 2 weeks now and only lost about 2 Ilb, am i eating to much, or to many carbs, heres roughly a days food for me. Im just under 13 stone and guessing body fat around 20% or less, im quite tonned everywhere apart form my abs and chest, my so im just trying to get these more define before i go on holiday

8.00 2 scoops whey 1 scoop of oats flax seed oil tablet
10.30 tin of tuna with mixed beans or salad
1.30 chickn breast, wholemeal past small amout and green beans
3.30 some kind fruit, yogurt or small tin of tuna or what ever i have
5.00 scoop of whey with scoop of oats
train
7.30 scoop of whey
8.00 chicken breast with green beans and 4 egg whites/or wholmeal pasta or rice
9.30 tin of sardines or 4 eggs
10.30-11 2 scoops of whey flax seed oil tablet

im doing cardio about 4-5 times a week at the mo, usually 40 mins with the odd half hour session, am i eating to much still cos im always hungry or should i cut down the carbs? any advise please, thanks

2lbs in 2 weeks is not so bad, that's a pound a week. You should be looking to lose around 1-2lb a week anyway and not really much more if you want to retain muscle.

Maybe drop one of the meals at either 8pm or 9.30pm?

Or up cardio? Are you doing any unfuelled a.m. cardio?
Perhaps try adding on an extra 10mins of cardio each time.

thanks for the reply, i normally do cardio after my workout, but i go sat mornings unfuelled. ok thats cool i thought it would be more weight loss than that, ill try to cut that meal out to, its just hard as i get to hungry in the evenings
