Just a quick look over - -You need to add EFA's ( Fish/olive/flax oil, peanut butter, avacado etc) -I would add protein to your breakfast as its all carbs - If your 5pm drink is your pre WO meal, I would swap it for oats ( or some other slow digesting carb) and some form of protein. Whats your stats ? Whats the portion sizes and macro's ( cals/carbs/pro/fats) ?
And Robert is most definately your mothers brother

Could i add the peanut butter to my morning toast? Im 6'2" and 14 stone 7lbs, have been working out for roughly 2 years and want to put a bit of mass on. What do you mean with regards to portion size? How would you measure it? Was looking at 365.3g of protein per day, 274.05g of carbs per day and 121.8g pf fat per day. Looking at 3654calories per day. Is that looking about right?

Your diet looks OK, yes can add PB on toast in the morning. Why not try it for a while and see how you get on. Monitor and adjust accordingly
