a fresh start ?

Hey guys, my names danny and ive decided to get fit and be dedicated, i am 16 years old and i have been smoking occasionally under the influence of friends ( very stupid idea) and now am feeling the most unfit i have ever been, i am about 5 foot 10 and weigh 72kgs, i need a good beginner training routine on how to get cut and defined, i also want to find a way to build my chest but not to make it pop out and be bulky but to make it cut and more shaped, i have been taking thai boxing classes and afterwards there is a gym session and im pretty much clueless on what to do, please guys i really need help if you can help me it will be greatly appreciated, also a good diet for getting lean and fit thanks guys

Welcome, i doubt anyone is going to put up a diet for you, if i was you i would do some research on diet and then post it up in Diet section for people to have a look at it. Ideally you should be eating around 6-8 small meals a day. Also untill your diet is sorted dont think about supplements.
