Muscle Asylum = Muscle Tech = Six Star

Muscle Tech make decent products, re: the above....I'd look for reviews. It's hard to work out what something will be like from proprietary ingredients lists since, like fulham said above, you've no idea what mg's are used for each - plus, even if you DO know how many mg's of each are in there....what will they be like mixed? Sometimes products are more than the sum of their ingredients, e.g. with DY NOX the ingredient's list looks good but a lot of the ingredients in that are also in various other pump products out there. When you take it though, it kicks your ass.

There's a lot of skill in mixing the right proportion of ingredients into products so that you get an optimal effect.

I'd go searching for reviews and see what other people tended to think about it.
