Workout Freq - 13 June 2008 15:30
Just about to start a short 6 weeker Test Prop 50mg ED Tren Eth 400mg EW cycle. Will be my 4th cycle.
In the past I have done 4 workouts a week, Does anyone train a bodypart more than once a week while on a cycle? As I wanna hit chest twice, what do you think?
Cheers

I've done a 3 Day Split but done one of the days twice before and still made good progress through the routine:

Tues - Chest & Biceps
Thurs - Legs & Shoulders
Fri - Chest & Biceps
Sun - Back & Triceps
