My new routine for getting back into training... - 13 June 2008 16:47
About a year or two a go i was training very hard and seeing very good gains in short period of time. Stopped training for what ever reason....

This is my re-introduction routine i want to do twice a week for 10 weeks:

Dead lifts - 4 sets 6-8 reps
Squats - 4 sets 6-8 reps
Bench - 4 sets 6-8 reps alternate each session with barbell and dumbell
Seated shoulder press - 4 sets 6-8 reps alternate each session with barbell and dumbell
Seated rows - 4 sets 6-8 reps
Wide Grip pull downs - 4 sets 6-8 reps

What do you guys think? Only concern is its too many movements.

Not great. A lot of work for an inactive person.

See stickies in the Routine section for two-day routines.
