Hi all.
I seem to have lost around 3/4 of a stone in the last couple of weeks which would be a rather impressive cut i reckon. Only problem is i'm still supposed to be bulking up and my current diet is set up for bulking. I'm eating near enough the same as i was previously to gain a bit of weight but it all seems to have gone wrong now. I eat a hell of a lot already and don't think i could bring myself to eat much more in a day. I do a lot of manual labour during the day but don't feel particularly hungry during the day now since the weather has warmed up but i still force my grub down at lunch time. Does anybody else lose their appetite when its warmer weather? Also what type of weight would it likely be that i've lost? Muscle mass or fat? I'd like to think i would be fat mostly fat but i suppose thats unrealistic. I'm fairly slim already so could do without losing the weight it's taken me months to gain! Help!

Eat more. Liquid calories if you are not hungry.

Thought you might say that. You mean protein shakes or just generally up carbs with energy drinks? Can't eat much more proper food or i'll chuck it up
