I usely use H&B flax seed oil, not the best quality but it's O.k, IMO, they sometimes have a bottle of 475ml for under a fiver in one of there millon sales

I don't know about best but I've bought some Linusit Organic ground flax from Tesco, 5 sovereigns for 450g bag. Was a bit apprehensive about buying it ready ground (freshness issues etc) rather than buying it as is and grinding myself but I thought what the hell, just slam it down, better than not having it!!!

Didn't fancy the oil for reasons of freshness and your not getting the full benefits by having the oil, missing out on fibre etc!!
