Hey Guys, I'm currently cutting, and trying to do a low HR fat burn before brecfast, fast paced walking 40minutes

I was just wondering,
How many g of fat should i expect to burn in this time?
Is going over 40 minutes a bad thing? (Using glycogen etc)
If i did this after i ate would it still have the same effect?
