Im always being told i should add these to my routine, but when is the best time to do them, at the start of your session when your all fresh, or at the end as a finisher when your all pooped out? or when ever it suits you?

I would say it depends on how experienced you are. For instance I can manage body weight dips and wide grip pull ups at any time during my workout so I aim to do weighted ones inbetween other exercises. Wide grip chins can be quite exhausting so I would aim to do them early. Have a go at them and see how you get on... These are core exercises. If you find them easy, add weight!

Post how your routine looks now and I'll suggest where I would put them.

There isnt an answer to this question. Try at the start and at the end, see which you prefer. don't let your routine get static so add them in take them away, bring one back again etc etc. Jsut try them basically, they are good excercises.

I use them at the start, almost as a warmup for all the heavier lifts to come later.
