its recommended at abouve 75 for chicken or there abouts, shouldn't go rubbery, unless you nuke the hell out of it or over cook it initially

Re-heating chicken once is fine mate, providing it is heated throughout.

To be honest I have re-heated chicken and found that the middle was barley warm, scoffed it anyway and never had a problem.

I initially cook my breasts wrapped in foil in the oven for 25 mins, once cooled and refridgerated i then microwave them for 1 and a half minutes on high. I microwave them in a tub with the lid sitting on top (not sealed), keeps the breast moist and juicy.

Add a little water when re heating in the micro, it stops it from turning to rubber.

I do the same as above, reheat it at work most days. The worst bit is when you pop the lid before cooking it, it stinks fecking aweful.

^ you can reheat rice too

As long as you cool it down if you dont intend to eat it ASAP, it will be fine to reheat, but again only once
