I've just finished a 21 day cycle.

Can't say i've noticed any effect though. Not noticed any boost when lifting.

If you do decide to go for the animal M stack have a look at SShealthfoods.com, they are the cheapest for Animal products. I paid Â£24 for M stack and Â£20 for 44 animal paks. Which is less than 50p for a comprehensive bag of vits and minerals.
