My elbow started crunching and clicking after a chest\shoulders session. It is much worse on supination. The elbow itself doesn't hurt, however I occasionally get a narrow band of brief pain in the muscle (i guess it could also be a tendon or ligament) that runs from the oustide of the elbow along the ulna. I can't reproduce the pain it just happens sometimes!

I've been to see a physio and she couldn't isolate where the clicking was coming from, she reckoned I may have some scar tissue in the elbow capsule but looked like she didn't have a clue.

Has anyone had anything similar - its been going on for a month now and is really annoying!
