Random aches and pains - 18 June 2008 11:15
Following a heavy bout of push pressing yesterday, everything seemed fine. Then a few hours later my upper back, along the spine , up my trap and right side of my neck were extremely stiff and tight. Then about an hour ago, this disappeared. Very odd. Feel absolutely fine now. Anyone get random aches/pains that soon disappear. Time to stretch more me thinks
