Traps?
-
19 June 2008 18:21
What day do you train your traps on? Shoulder or Back? cause ive heared that the reverse barbell shrug is actually working your back muscles! but doesnt the dumbell shoulder shrug work your shoulders? just wondering if i should do both on shoulder day or the reverse shrug on back day?

Traps on Back day. Traps are part of the back. For me, they respond well by a few sets (2-3x10-12) of Shrugs (BB or DB - to front or side) after having done my back work (Deads, BB Row, Pulldown). Other people do different. Find what works for you.

Back day. 3 sets. Superset front and behind the back barbell shrugs.
Nothing contributes so much to tranquilizing the mind as a steady purpose - a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye.

Alwyn Cosgrove - I hate "gurus." In my mind there are only two gurus worth listening to, Yoda and Mr. Miyagi, neither of whom have ever written an arm training article. [link=http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/Skinny-Fat-Heavy-Breathing-Broken-Down-
