quick multidextrose/glucose question - 19 June 2008 21:25
i remember someone on this site replying to a post saying that he doesn't put multidextrose in his protein shakes as it can increase or maintain your current weight. at the moment i'm looking to trim down my bodyfat and cut up to acheive a more lean look (ideally looking to lose around 1.5 stones in 2 months), without losing any muscle mass..

Should i therefore stop using multidextrose in my shakes? I only really use it after i train (cardio and weights) and put in 2 tablespoons full with my protein shake...

personally id say that post workout you should keep it in. any other time of the day drop it out, if your short on your daily carb requirements then at other times of the day use oats

Just altering one thing would not make that much difference mate but if your cutting you could dump it.

Losing 1.5stone in 2months is a tall order alone but without losing muscle will take some know how mate,maybe post up your proposed cutting diet+routine.
