ORIGINAL: SpitzV i remember someone on this site replying to a post saying that he doesn't put multidextrose in his protein shakes as it can increase or maintain your current weight. at the moment i'm looking to trim down my bodyfat and cut up to acheive a more lean look (ideally looking to lose around 1.5 stones in 2 months), without losing any muscle mass.. Should i therefore stop using multidextrose in my shakes? I only really use it after i train (cardio and weights) and put in 2 tablespoons full with my protein shake...
