Weird Shoulder discomfort - 20 June 2008 04:56
Lately half way through my shoulder routine(doesnt matter what exercises just once it starts gettin fatigued, i end up gettin a strange discomfort on the anterior side of my shoulder.

Its not an intense pain that makes me stop my set but its a weird kinda nagging pain. It goes away after couple minutes and it dunno if its the muscle or what. Thought i would ask.

Usually start off with
db front raises
overhead press
db throws
behind back press.

I get a deep ache when I over work my shoulders.

Your routine is quite heavy. Try the following for two weeks and see if the feeling goes (post on here).

Overhead Press
Lateral Raises

Make sure you warm up/cool down/stretch correctly as well.

Just to note, im no professional, but just offer advice based on my own experiences.
