doing 7 cardio sessions in one week without any resistance training?

going on holiday in week and a half and cant really be bothered hitting the gym until i get back, still doing bodyweight exercises

Length, duration and intensity of exercise along with diet would determine whether or not all your muscles will waste away in 7 days.

its just moderate intensity 35-45mins PM cardio after dinner

You will not face any problems at all and the break from weights may do you good.

thats what i was thinking, i think the last couple months of high volume training is taking its toll, so i will just hit the cardio ( while watching 4od ) for the days following till my holiday

Id keep the protein at a max though. 3 shakes a day if you wanna go that root or keep up your seafood,steak n eggs.
The nutrition is the key prt to fighting off catabolism.
