Currently cutting doing a mixture of SSCV and HITT after my workout (early mornings are just NOT happeneing at present  ). Train: Mon-Fri Cardio equates to 15mins HIIT Mon, Tues, Thurs 40mins SSCV Wed Fridays I just train, no cardio, then weekends off. My question is (assuming diet is in check), is this sufficient, or do I realistically need to throw in a little more? Any advice welcome. Cheers

If you're not getting results, then you may need to both up the leval and restructure it. if you are getting results then it's fine
