Cardio - 20 June 2008 09:35
Currently cutting doing a mixture of SSCV and HITT after my workout (early mornings are just NOT happeneing at present ).

Train: Mon-Fri

Cardio equates to 15mins HIIT Mon, Tues, Thurs
40mins SSCV Wed

Fridays I just train, no cardio, then weekends off.

My question is (assuming diet is in check), is this sufficient, or do I realistically need to throw in a little more?

Any advice welcome.

If you're not getting results, then you may need to both up the leval and restructure it. if you are getting results then it's fine
