Hi

I was just looking at the whey protein the 5ib tub

The fat contact in thier 3.4, isnt that to high for a whey powder ? also is this a good whey protein powder.

and tbh no 3.5g isnt alot of fat, if you are worried get isolate

I suppose depends how much of it you use. I am a heavy user so I would find that a lot, much prefer to get my fat from better sources!!

For a raw protein powder that goes through as little processing as possible, the fat content is normal.
