whats the most posts you've seen on an internet forum, just looking at a united forum with a member who has 500,000 + posts , which is 180+ a day

im ignoring the shoulder, it will go away if i ignore it, it has not given me grief since i gave up training conventionally and just do exercises around it

cuts going ok mate, long way to go though, mainly due to my avoidance of cardio

doing rugby now though fella so super-ripped is out of the window

I have many many posts myself, though to be fair I've been posting a while, and as Monkcheese's graphs show my daily post rate is fairly moderate

The most posts I have seen was about 40,000 on the other forum I post on - however this was done in one year only as the forum is only a year old!
