i am currently about to start my first cut and am wondering how to order my routine. i currently am using a 4day split that includes no cardio but ofc thats going to change on the cut.
my current weights routine is:
day1.chest/biceps day2.legs/abbs day3.back/biceps day4.shoulders/tries
was thinking of doing cardio on every off day and on the weekends split the day so i can do am cardio and the a weights session at night. this would give me a a total of 5days cardio, is this right or would it be better starting of at 4?
also was wondering what would be the best time length for cardio i was thinking of having one day of high intensity and the others days 60mins?
feel free to criticize any this if you think there is a fault. want to get this right first time and just make minor changes as i go along.
