Hi started training last summer made some gains. I am starting again now and was wondering whether this new routine which I come up with is any good?? Thanks
Monday (chest, shoulders)
Flat barbell 3x8
Incline dumbbell 3x8
Shoulder press 3x8

Wednesday (back, bi’s)
Deadlift 3x8
Lat pull down 3x8
Dumbbell curls 3x8

Friday (legs)
Squats 3x8
Dumbbell step ups 3x8

Add some rows in on your back day, either Stiff leg deadlift or leg curl on leg day for some hamstring work. looks ok apart from that.

Any varation of a row would be ok, i.e. one arm row, cable rows, etc.

i prefer bent over dumbell rows as they are IMO more comfortable to perform.
