I've just started to take eph on recommendation of a friend. I broke a bone a metatarsal in my left foot and it kept me out of the last 5 months of my football season. my eating and drinking habits didn't change in that time and i put on a 1 stone 8. Been taking eph twice before football training and jogging and have lost a stone in one month. things are obviously working but would like some basic pointers from anyone who has used/using them? what's the way to get the best effects?
