I've no idea nor really care if the guys pictured are natural or not. But it's safe to say that if Olympians can go years without being detected, then I'm sure even a bodybuilder could just about manage it in a regional show that holds next to zero media interest.

Obviously you haven't read this thread or really experi3enced bodybuilding and what seems to mean more natural, rather than totally natural.

I'm always surprised in these "debates" at how much people seem to care whether someone is natural or not. There is no way to tell either way, so why the fuss? Ah well

When you have been around steroid users for many years, it becomes obvious that very many lie about their drug use. Some lie to strangers on the internet. Others lie to their friends, perhaps just certain friends. They may lie to their lovers and often lie to their family. And eventually, you just stop caring. It doesn't matter

It doesn't bother me one iota what someone wants to call themselves

I think for the safety of future similar threads, titling them 'Awesome Physiques' would be far better. Much like the title of a clip of a great deadlift would be 'Awesome Lift'.

Adding natty, natural, clean or any other similar meaning word just incites debate and detracts from the original post. No one knows who is natural or not, although we all have seemingly clear yet differing opinions on individual cases.

For the record though, my opinion is always the right one.

 

I think if anyone is slightly bigger than a Men's Health model and claims to be natural, is tested for PEDs and passes a lie detector test, they're still going to be considered AAS users and I don't think this will ever change. Some people just simply won't accept fantastic physiques can be achieved without the use of drugs.

What does a trainer need to do to prove their natural status??
Stay under 12 stone?
Have smaller arms than my 11 year old daughter?

That's so true. But that's what makes it worse in some ways. You know, when bodybuilders lie to other bodybuilders.

I don't buy that they are natural, but I am not natural either, but usually tell my fellow workers or friends that I am. They don't need to know. It's my secret.
