I put vanilla essence in with my unflavoured whey and milk and it is lovely. What do you lot add to make a nice shake?

Coffee in a Chocolate Shake is awesome... A Poor-Man's Starbuck's Iced Moccha without the Calories.....

Every morning I have

One tablespoon of powdered linseed.
One tablespoon of mixed sunflower/pumpkin seeds.
Two oranges.
Two bananas.
100 gram Quark
3 egg whites
Two generous handfuls of oats
Approx 1 pint of skimmed milk (depending on how thick you want your shake).

Blitz and drink. It's delicious.

Breakfast shake:

Unflavoured All in One whey
Blended flax
Olive oil
Skimmed milk
Nequik powder or fresh fruit to give flavour. I like overripe banana, chopped and frozen to keep fresh.
Creatine
L Arginine
Generic "hot oat cereal" as it mixes better than oats

every morning-

2 tablespoon of linseeds
200 mls of skimmed milk
1 large egg
1 banana
40grams of oats
1 scoop of 90+ whey
1 teaspoon of cocoa

blend - good mix of carbs/protein/fibre/fats...and tastes great. Sets me up in the morning a treat and can still incorporate it into my cut.
