just wanted to see how many of you guys think of your self as addicted to this. i have found that i have become completely addicted with the whole thing. do you guys train because like it, just to improve physic or to help out with a sport?
i am currently training for a mix of all three but i think it has come down to just loving it now

I really enjoy working out. I need the endorphin rush as well, but I just feel content lifting heavy things. I can stop though, but prefer not to. I am probably happiest whilst training.

Over 16yrs of training and virtually never missing a session.........no I'm not hooked

I wouldn't say it's addicted to something just a change of lifestyle. It is a new way to live.

I love everything about training. the fact that it isnt just a 'do in your spare time' kind of hobbie. it takes discipline and committment. I also love the confidence it gives me.

weight lifting is the answer to all of lifes questions. FACT.

Nope.
Nothing contributes so much to tranquilizing the mind as a steady purpose - a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye.

Not addicted but could stop if I wanted to. Could have laid in bed this morning until 12 but am up at 8:30 for big brekkie, half hour bus journey to gym then half hour journey back.

I love training and to be honest my life is less fulfilled without it

To me it's a lifestyle...

I can't say I'm hooked, it's just what I do everyday, like taking a shower.

You shower daily? My you are posh

I kind of look at it like that now, it is a major part of my life and if I am not doing it then I feel like something is missing.
