Just a quick question really.. I've reviewed Cdrol and decided to give it a shot (funny enough found out about it while looking for something for someone else!) - Now about 2 weeks into taking it (assuming I get it within the next few days) I will be taking a forced week off training, something which my body probably needs right now anyway after training for fights for so long.. would it be a good idea to continue the cdrol during this time? - I'll still be doing my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training so I'll not be inactive..

Any help/thoughts would be very much appreciated guys

I have been in much the same situation with forced time off and yes I did continue at 3 caps per day. I believe it helped.

deffo stay on mate, if i have a lay off/injury no matter if i am on a cycle or off cycle on supps i keep on with whatever i am taking, it makes no sense to come off imo. i have a week off now and again and it does me the world of good i think its essential if you train hard for the vast majority of the year.

Excellent, thanks mate.. will be staying on.. I'm not injured or anything (more than normal anyway lol) but I've trained that hard for competitions since Feb my body could probably do with the break really
