Not as much as I thought! I keep carbs at 40% of calorie input when bulking. Dropping some carbs and upping fats to 25% has done wonders for me! Now and again I'll chuck in a high carb day but by high I mean I have another 50-70 gms on top of my normal daily intake so it's not excssive really!
Peace be the Journey!

my training goes like..

Sunday - legs and bis
Monday - chest and tris
tuesday - rest
wednesday - back and bis
thursday - shoulders and tris
friday - rest
saturday - sparring and cardio

my main goal is to build lean quality muscle. im training my bis and tris twice a week at the moment. trying something new.
so the question is how many carbs should i be consuming??

i train my bis and tris twice a week at the moment because in the last couple of moths i've been training them once a week and it seems like they dont want yo grow. i've tried changing my routine but no results. since i've been training them twice a week i feel much stronger and can see some improvements. i've been doing this for the last 4 weeks and am going to carry on with this for another 3/4weeks. after this may go back to old routine..

sunday - legs
monday - chest and bis
tuesday - rest
wednesday - back
thursday - shoulders and tris
friday - rest
saturday - sparring and cardio

I think by tranning your Bi's N Tris twice a week you may not be giving them time to grow.

U could try training your arms twice a week maybe don't completely fry em every session though as they might not recover enough.

Post up your diet as well so we can have a look
