advice for breakfast - 21 June 2008 12:21
i had 50g of whey with 50g of oaks and a bannana with water when i got up. but i would like an omlet (sp) is this the ok if i am cutting for hols

Should be fine since theres not really any carbs in the egg as long as you are only adding veg, not much milk if any but its way more protein than you need id say!

If anything, you NEED those complex carbs first thing in the morning to power you through the day, cutting or not.
