Anyone know the difference between Fybrogel and Fybrogel mebrevine?
I need a fibre supplement as my stomach is very....looose?

What is everyone here using?
I think at the moment my diet is to high in insoluble fibre, and to low in soluble fibre which i think explains my problem really. Anyone disagree with this or think it maybe related to something else?
Average days eating is:
meal 1: 2x toast + 70g soya mince.
meal 2: Chicken/Salad/Pitta bread
Meal 3: Chilli con carne + Boiled veg
Meal 4 - Mackeral/pilchards (Or pollock/tuna + Epa capsules) + large salad.
Around ~1800kcals, but i'll be increasing depending on weight loss/gain (Addings nuts/seeds if weight loss occurs). Diet is very low in fat, but ill be making a move towards to high fat/low carb keto type diet in a few weeks as i want to see how i react to that, plus see is my skin improves(Pull ups/deadlifts etc are ripping them apart!).
Was thinking of adding fybrogel, but first i may try blending up some linseeds to see if that solves my problem.
Wondered what fibre supplements everyones taking?
