a think alot of guys start off like that most ppl have 1 side stronger than the other. he prob took those vids to check his form lol
or maybe hes recovering from an injury ? ?

Some people you see benching in that manner have a legitimate reason for doing so, it;s worth remembering that 'form' is not the same across the board and that it's dictated by lots of factors.

People who need to bench like that however are usually better off doing something else though.....

.... for instance if you had less ROM in one shoulder. However as I said above, anyone who benches like that because they have to should be doing something else.

Mostly people bench like that because they are not doing the movement right though, not due to injury.
