Hello I know of myprotein bedtime extream supplement. But was wandering what other top makes are out for bed time supplement also looking for bulk buys like 5bl or 10lb to save money extra value if possible? So names of company also product name please? At the moment I get myprotein impact whey which I will use during the day time but need something else before I go to bed now. You get good value for money. Im just looking around at the moment cause I need something else before bed. So its something I need to get soon. Im looking at Cnp flapjack bars they seem to be very good value for money them to.
myprotein unflavoured whey 4.54kg myprotein Glutamine 100% 1kg I use milkshake powder nesquik for flavouring supplements tesco multi vitamins and minerals a to z holland&barret glucosamine sulphate tesco omega 3

slow digestion protein like M casinate and oats cant get much better than that

i jus got 2kg of that total protein, i imagine that will work well. 3kg of oat powder, total 35 quid, cant get 5kg o that cheaper anywhere else
