Hi,

Looking to bulk and just seeing if any of you can advise me on what to eat and when.

I work nights so i'll put my available meal times down and see if anyone can help.

Get home about 7.00am..normally starving!
Go to bed after an hour or so.
Wake at 1.30-2.00pm
Train between 3-4pm
Leave for work at 8.30pm
15 min break at 10.45pm
1/2hr break at 2.00am
10min break at 4.45am

I'm not asking for specific diet plans/recipes...just help as to when..and what type of meal..i would be best eating. (Ie...when to grab a snack or protein shake or when to have main meals).

Eat at every possible time whilst bulking,also add shakes like this milk bannana whey powder oats table spoon of olive oil add these in between each meal and add a calcium casinate shake before bed.
