Cardio. - 21 June 2008 17:55
Was thinking of adding some cardio into my two day a week weight training routine,but was worried about it affecting my gains especially in my legs.One day jogging and the other cycling both out on the road.What sort of intensity and duration could i get away with?

Will have no effect at all mate as long as its sensible.

Even when bulking i was doing fairly intense cardio anywhere from 4 to 7 or 8 times a week. Just be sure to allow for it within your diet.

PB's (88kg-natural)
Squat - 135kg
Bench - 125kg x 2
Deadlift - 230kg
