 Taurine - measurement

I'm 2 weeks into my Epi cycle and seeing great gains and pumps already! (20mg ed).

But was doing some road cycling sprints with mates this week and my thighs BLEW! my god the pump hurt like fook!

I knew this might happen at some stage during the cycle so have Taurine ready and waiting, 5g ed i've heard helps.

Thing is i don't have scales, i can only measure in teaspoons.

Can someone advise how much 5g is in 'teaspoon' terms?! thanks.
