Any one tried this stuff.

Just got a tub for free

Going to use it Pre-workout.

I use ON's 100% Whey Post-workout. Always have so im not going to change.

Any one used it or have any opinions on it? The PHD stuff I mean.

When I get tired and want to stop,
I wonder what my next opponent is doing,
I wonder if he is still working out,
I visualise him,
When I see him still working,
I start pushing myself,
When I see him quit,
I start pushing myself harder.

Excellent brand and Synergy is indeed a quality product. The nearest other product in terms of specifiction, ingredients etc is possibly Maximuscle's Cyclone, but with Synergy you'll get more servings at a better price along with in my opinion a guaranteed better taste. Choc orange in amazing! Look out for the new banana flavour in both Synergy and Pharma whey being released some time in August.

A mate of mine buy's stuff and leaves it to rot.

So I asked him for it, and he gave it to me

Bit on the expensive side though, if I had to buy it.

Mine is Strawberry Cheescake flavour. And it is indeed Niice!

They are selling it quite cheap in the NutriCentres at the moment. Also, Affordable supps or Monster are pretty good for it. There is a bulk buy deal at cheap uk supps I think too.

Just a thought, but do guys think these Nutricentres will mean Internet Supplement Sellers will move more into pure internet brands (e.g. Anabolic Xtreme, ALRI, Controlled Labs, Scivation etc.) which the likes of Tesco would never stock, versus their traditional roster of protein powders, creatines and mass gainers?

I'm thinking that as Tesco and the mainstream guys get more into selling supplements, it'll be like Wallmart and GNC in the States. You have basics which those large stores are quite strong on, but all the cool stuff you'll only find on the Internet?

I agree with you Thai, the big supermarkets are ever expanding into new areas and ours is a big market. However, I think they will just keep selling the basics like whey and creatine and some energy drinks, the other juicy stuff will be from the likes of yourself.
