I injured my left shoulder about 6 months ago so i went to see this bloke who was well recomended by a few people. He done a deap tissue massage which killed by the way but after a few days it was brand new again.

I injured my right shoulder about 1 month ago (not sure how) grappling, so i went straight back to see the same bloke knowing how good he is. 2 weeks later still no better so i went back and got it done again.

Another week has gone by and i am no better!!

Its really depressing me not being able to train!

I have tried everything...rest...stretch...massage...sauna..gels...creams!

Any views??
