i went upto a 125kg, failed 130kg, those ones are between 70 and 100kg. never got vids of 125kg and 130 fail, if anyone got me then post it please...

i couldnt use my legs on the rope pull, my calves kept cramping up, if you watch when i stood up to drag i had to shake my leg. but i had great day and learnt loads from the day.

The axle did go on for to long next time it will start at 90kg. We are all still learning.
Whey consortium in it’s 6th year of putting your money back into the sport. More than any of the other bulk suppliers.

Like Mike says we learn more every year. In a few spare moments between events we said: next time we do the axle we'll allow them to warm up on the olympic bar we brought but put 90 as a starting point. Obviously you'll all stronger than we thought - which is good

ah you were that guy!  Good work though, strong enough to enter bigger comps as well i think. It was a strong field, so 5th was a really good place indeed. not only folk were stronger this year, there was also a clear increase in metrosexual hairstyles among competetors. Times are changing!
