Yeah go for creatine mono anyone will do, it is been proven to increase strength/muscle gains etc as CEE is an overhyped product which didnt work for me anyway, more you'll find more vouche for mono rather than CEE.

Go for mono, buy 300 grams for an 8 week cycle, take 7G for the first week the 5G thereafter. This was the advice given to me, just to see if you respond to it. If you dont respond try CEE after that. 300g costs around 5 pounds so it's not expensive. I take my creatine with dilute orange and it mixes great.

I was told diferently:

Week 1 - 20g per day:
5g before breakfast
5g before lunch
5g before workout
5g after workout

Week 2 to 8 - 10g per day:
5g before workout
5g after workout

Stop for 4 weeks.

Really? That to me sounds a bit to much imo. You can look back through the posts and find mine. I was told 8 weeks the 1 week stop. Are your doses for immediate results?

No, some people say you have to load up for the first three to six days with 20grams a day. But thats just waste.

Start and keep at 5grams a day. Thats a teaspoon full. One in the morning, one in the evening. Its flavourless, so mix it with your mornining and night shakes.

You also dont have to stop for 4 weeks. Its not a steroid where you need a break to get your hormone levels back to normal. You can continue using it.

I prefer CEE tabs now, used to use Mono powder but, it messed with my stomach. Both are good tho.

The best supp for energy and mental focus for me, is Caffeine. For strength out of these sort of supps creatine is good and one of the best but, don't expect to much with it tho, IMO.

Just to add, If you shopped at bulkpowders, you'd have around 5-6 to choose from

By taking less creatine, would i also need to drink less water?
